This legal notice governs access to and use of the Sm2tek website (the “website”), whose purpose is to present the company's services and make it easy to get in touch. By accessing the website you become a user and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

You agree to use the website and its content appropriately, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. In particular, you must not:
- Use it for unlawful activities or activities that infringe the rights of others.

- Attempt to access restricted areas of Sm2tek's or third parties' systems.

All website content (text, design, logo, brand, source code, images and their arrangement) belongs to Sm2tek or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform it, in whole or in part, without Sm2tek's express written permission, except for personal and private use.
The Outfit and Manrope typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
5. Liability
Sm2tek works to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will be available without interruption. Sm2tek is not liable for any damage arising from:
- Interruptions, technical errors or viruses not attributable to Sm2tek.
- Misuse of the website by users.
- The content or operation of linked third-party websites.
The information on the website is for guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices and terms for each project are set out in a written quote.

The website contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Sm2tek does not control these services and is not responsible for their content or policies. When you access them, you are subject to each service's own terms and privacy policies.
